Kate

Kate (referred to by Magic as Katie and named Flo in the original Italian) is the main human protagonist of "Puppy in My Pocket: Adventures in Pocketville." She is voiced by Stephanie Sheh in English and Katie McGovern for twenty-six episodes of the Italian series.

She was just a normal ten-year-old schoolgirl until she was accidentally transported to Pocketville one fateful day. With her new German Shepherd puppy, Magic, at her side, she must continue the important task of matching lonely children with new pets until lost kitten Princess Ava can find her way back home.

Kate is the only human who's ever worn the Friendship Heart, just as Magic is the only pet to wear it besides Princess Ava and Eva. While she wears it, she is able to communicate with animals and perform Friendship Ceremonies with the help of the Royal Guards.

In the series finale, her pure heart allows Princess Ava to create a new kind of Friendship Heart, the Ocean of Friendship, so that Kate and Magic can visit Pocket Kingdom whenever they wish.
