Otto is a Saint Bernard dog who is a recurring character in the episode "Frisbee".
He is the Chosen Pet for a boy named Liam, whose father is usually much too busy to play with him due to his constant calls on the phone.
Appearance[]
Otto is a brown dog with lop ears, a white blaze and muzzle, underside, paws, and tip of his tail, a black nose, and orange eyes. His collar has a plaid pattern of red, white, yellow, and green, and has a golden pocket-shaped name tag.
Depiction in the series[]
Little is known about Otto, but he was known to live in the mountainous area outside of Pocketville before he was chosen to be sent to the Big City, along with Hugo.
Personality[]
Otto is a friendly, empathetic, and helpful dog. He cares a lot about his friends, as he returns to bid a farewell to his friends before being sent through the Friendship Ceremony, and even helped Hugo with getting Magic and the Royal Guards out of the snow pile. He is also playful, especially when it comes to frisbees, and gives Liam his frisbee back as well as becoming a new friend to play with.

Frisbee[]
After Kate throws a frisbee out the castle window which catches the attention of several dogs in the Pocketville Main Square, she, Magic, and the Royal Guards head down there to see that Otto was the dog who caught it. Kate asks him if he would like to become Liam’s companion to which he agrees, but then says that he’ll have to say his farewells to his friends at his cottage home in the mountains.
